5 mins from the horseshoe shaped beach, 2 mins from all amenties, 100 metres from sea and coastal walk, 5 mins drive from golf course, 10 minutre transfer from airport (Taxi fare approx €8) Approximately 10 km from the Airport the town of Costa Caleta can be found in the middle of the east coast and is perfectly situated to explore the rest of the island. Costa Caleta is an ideal spot for families with a shallow golden sandy beach, which is protected from the surf by the harbour wall. There is a marina offering numerous water sport facilities and boat trips all within easy walking distance of the house. The fishing and diving around Costa caleta is excellent.

There is a huge variety of restaurant and bars in the town with a wide range of international cuisine. Close by is the new PGA golf course complex with driving range and clubs hire facility. From Caleta you are about 45 minutes drive from the islands long established Zoo and the spectacular beaches of the Jandin peninsular located to the south, or the famous sand dunes of the National Park to the North. Corralejo is about 40 mins drive and from this small harbour town a regular inexpensive ferry service runs to Lanzarote.
